Business Profile : Dale Pudney

Dale Pudney is a business model specialist with diverse experience from start-up ventures through turnarounds and large corporate strategy. He has been assisting clients achieve profitable growth through focussed business advisory and leadership services since 2001. He has an MBA (focus on entrepreneurial strategy) from UCT (2000) with an exchange programme at the University of Washington (Seattle) as well as a B.Sc. Electrical Engineering (1st Class Honours) also from UCT (1993).
He established and grew Venture Concepts Strategy Consulting from start-up to sale and was a service provider to Umsobomvu Youth Fund, Business Partner Mentors, FNB Enterprise Partners, FNB Scion, APDF of the International Finance Corporation and other strategic partners. He then went on to be a co-founder of Turnaround Partners, a specialist BEE turnaround consulting group before establishing a business brokering franchise that concentrated on professional services for medium sized business sales. He simultaneously embarked on a number of turnaround projects and interim management assignments.
